Pilot notice

This notice describes the intended data practices for the Frontire IO controlled pilot. It is not a substitute for the final policy and data-processing agreement that must be reviewed by qualified counsel before public launch.

Data we process

We process account identity, workspace configuration, customer-supplied profile and event data, message content, delivery events, security logs, and usage telemetry required to operate the service.

Purpose and location

Data is used to provide customer engagement workflows, secure the platform, troubleshoot delivery, and measure service usage. The private pilot is hosted on a single US-based server. Local backups remain on that same physical host.

Retention and rights

Retention depends on the selected plan and operational policy. Workspace operators can request profile access, export, correction, or deletion. Contact privacy@frontire.io for pilot privacy requests.
