Controlled pilot

Frontire IO is offered to invited design partners for evaluation under a separate signed pilot agreement. The pricing shown on the public site is a product hypothesis; automated billing and hard plan enforcement are not active.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for lawful data collection, consent, sender-domain ownership, message content, recipient eligibility, and fees charged directly by their connected Resend account.

Sending access

Production sending requires identity verification, privileged-user two-factor authentication, a healthy provider connection, a verified sender, and manual approval. Frontire may pause delivery to protect recipients, provider reputation, or platform security.

No certification or compliance claim

The private pilot does not claim certification, universal legal compliance, EU residency, independent disaster recovery, or a formal availability guarantee. Final commercial terms require legal review before public launch.
